HR Consultancy

As experienced International HR Manager, Sonja Wekema supports organisations as HR Consultant or Interim HR Manager on a part-time basis.

Next to managing the the standard HR Agenda, it is interesting for her to also tackle a organisation development or improvement question. That way, she can combine her managerial with her coaching and business consultancy experience. In interim HR Management assignments, it is key that the organisation does what it says it will and that all basic HR-processes are well managed.

Sonja will ask questions, set direction, challenge, put up a mirror and make space to discuss topics that are difficult to discuss. And of course she will offer new perspectives in order to create development space for the people and the organisation as such.
