Lenneke’s started her career as a lawyer at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. She then worked as a consultant for a number of years, after which she moved on to a multinational company where she held various jobs in her home country and abroad. She has gained a lot of experience in the field of organisational development, from the individual to total organisational transformations.
