Eric Fleurbaay

Eric is an experienced organisational consultant with a background in organisational psychology and intervention science. He helps leaders and workers discover which interaction patterns are functional and which are not (or no longer) helpful. As soon as their awareness increases, opportunities to make immediate changes arise very quickly. As a result, they will structurally change their ways of working, together.
