TEDx talk "Reveal your hidden treasures"

On 20th March, Sonja will be on stage with TEDxTwenteU with the talk REVEAL YOUR HIDDEN TREASURES, live and online, from wherever you are 🌎. From the TEDx website: Sonja Wekema is the (co-)founder of two ventures, both founded with the mission of creating mutual understanding, giving people in organisations a voice and supporting leaders to invite the (sometimes scary) unknown. Sonja's talk introduces ideas which will help: individuals to find their voice and speak about what's in their heart; leaders to embrace the human side of leadership, next to content-focused leadership; and organisations to create a psychologically safe place for their workers. In this talk, Sonja Wekema unravels why most of us miss out on the real potential in the workspace (and beyond), and shares creative ways to reveal the polished YOU!
