I am Sonja, founder of The Other Perspective. I work with leaders and teams who want to understand what is happening around them, and what part they can play in changing it.

I bring more than 25 years of experience in leadership and organisational development. That experience gives me plenty to draw on. Your situation gives us our starting point.
We might talk about a decision you are putting off, a relationship that takes more energy than it should, or a change you want to make. I ask questions, share what I notice and make room for a different view. You can expect attention, directness and humour.

My work brings together executive coaching, leadership development and strategic facilitation. Alongside that work, I am a PhD candidate at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, researching leadership and psychological safety.
