TOP Talks hits 10 episodes

The other day, we recorded the tenth episode of TOP Talks. Ten people. Ten very different lives. Ten leadership stories that deserved to be heard. And what a privilege it has been to earn that trust. We didn't start TOP Talks because the world needed another podcast. We started it because there are leadership stories that rarely get told: not the polished keynote versions, but the honest ones. The doubt. The difficult decisions. The unexpected turns. The quiet experiences that shape how someone actually becomes a leader. Our guests have taken us into worlds that could not be more different: education, defence, HR, AI, space, business. Different countries, cultures, generations, lives. What stays with us isn't what these leaders have in common. It's how differently each of them makes sense of the world. Every conversation is another perspective, another reminder that there is no universal blueprint, no single right way to lead. Our role is simple: create the space for these conversations to happen, then help them travel further than we could on our own. Nine episodes are already live, each available with transcripts and translations so the stories can cross language and culture. If there's one thing I want to say, it's thank you. To every guest who trusted us with their story, and to everyone who listened, watched, read, shared or recommended a guest. Thank you Marly Teunissen, Sonja van Meerbeek, Wim Kokx, Krasi Bozhinkova, Ocke Molenaar, Marcella van Delden, Yoshi Hashimoto, Gerard Penning, Bérengère Houdou. You made these first ten what they are. Ten stories in. Still just the beginning. 🎙️ Listen, watch or read at top-talks.nl . And if you know someone whose leadership story deserves to be heard, we'd love to hear from you.
